Handling of Foreign or Domestic Regulated Samples  ::
 

  • All material must be securely packaged to prevent loss or escape in transit or while waiting for processing.
  • Soil bags need to be placed into a plastic bag and secured into a proper shipping container (sturdy box, plastic bucket or cooler).
  • The shipping box must be taped well to prevent the box from breaking open.
  • Address the soil sample shipment exactly as it is written on the Soil Permit and CA.

  • A copy of the Soil Permit must be attached on the outside of the package.
