| All material must be securely packaged to prevent loss or escape in transit or while waiting for processing. |

| Must use "Poly" Soil bags placed into a secondary plastic bag and secured into a proper shipping container
(sturdy box, plastic bucket or cooler). |

|
| The shipping box must be taped well to prevent the box from breaking open. |
|
| |
|
| Address the soil sample shipment exactly as it is written on the Soil Permit and CA. |
|
| |
|
| All pages of the foreign material permit must be inside the package and Regulated Stickers on the exterior of the package. |
